Packing:

How to Use :
* AMOY- Satay Soup Noodle Sauce : 
* 70g (2.5oz) beef pieces, 2 bunches of choi sum, 1 pack of instant noodles.
* 1 tsp Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce, 1/10 tsp sugar, a little ground pepper, 1/4 tsp corn starch, 1/2 tsp water, 1/2 tsp oil.
* packet Amoy Noodle Sauce for Satay Soup, 200g water.
1. Add marinade to beef fillet. Mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Boil 2 cups of water. Add in the instant noodles and choi sum and boil for about 3 minutes. Drain the water and transfer to a large bowl.
3. Bring the soup to a boil and reduce the heat to a medium flame. Add in the pieces of beef and boil until about eight-tenths done. Pour into the bowl and serve
Warnings:
* Produced in a factory where egg products, peanut products and sesame products are also handled.
* Shake well before use.
Storage Condition:
* Store in Cool and Dry Place. Consume immediately once opened.

使用說明 :
* 淘大-沙嗲麵醬 :
*  沙爹牛肉湯麵材料：牛柳片70克 (2.5OZ), 菜芯 2棵, 即食麵1個醃料：淘大金標生抽 1茶匙, 糖 1/10茶匙, 胡椒粉少許, 粟粉 1/4茶匙, 水 1/2茶匙, 油 1/2茶匙調味料：淘大沙爹麵醬 1包, 水 200克做法。
* 牛柳片加醃料拌勻, 醃 30分鐘2. 煲滾2杯水, 加入即食麵及菜芯, 煮約 3分鐘, 隔去水份, 放入大碗內3. 將湯料煮滾, 轉中火, 加入牛肉片煮約 8成熟, 倒入麵碗內即可
