* 1.肉切成四方約半寸，與好味牌沙爹粉、鹽、糖、豉油等拌勻，醃1小時入味備用。( 25克錦源好味牌沙爹粉，可醃製約1公斤肉類。)
* 2.用竹簽將肉串上，4至5塊肉為1串，然後放在烤爐上燒烤，用油塗在肉串上，烤至金黃即可。

Description:
Origin: Malaysia
* 1. Cut meat (1Kg) into half inch squares. Marinate with COME IN HOMEI Satay Powder (25g), salt, sugar, sauce and mix well. Leave for 1 hour.
* 2. Thread meat onto skewers, 4 to 5 pieces of meat for 1 stick. Brush a layer of oil on the meat and roast until golden brown.
