Packing:
* Each sachet with 50G.
How to Use :
* Black Bean Chicken (cooking): 
* Sauté chicken in oil until golden yellow. Drain and set aside.
* Sauté shallots, ginger and Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Black Bean Chicken in 2-3 tbsp oil.
* Add chicken and stir-fry until chicken is done. Stir in spring onions and serve.
** 1 tablespoon = 15mL
Warnings:
* Produced in a factory where egg products, peanut products and sesame products are also handled.
* Shake well before use.
Storage Condition:
* Store in Cool and Dry Place. Refrigerate After Opening.
