將罐頭鮑連罐放在沸水中煮30分鐘,水一定要蓋過罐頭,以免罐頭爆開。撈起罐頭後,放涼一會,以免熱湯濺出,小心開罐倒出鮑魚,可原隻即食。

適合人士 : 一般人士都適合服用。

保存方式: 存放於陰涼乾爽處,避免陽光直射。

Cooking Method :

* Place the canned abalone inside boiling water for 30 minutes. Make sure that the water level covers the can completely, preventing the explosion of the can. Cool the can down after getting the can out from the boiling water avoiding leakage of hot soup. Carefully take the abalone out and it's ready to serve. It can be served as a whole or in slices.
