On Kee - Braised Abalone in Crab Paste with Noodles
Description:
Origin: China
* Carefully selected Jiangsu crabs, secretly made into crab king sauce, rich in umami flavor.
* Abalone is slow-cooked to keep the meat soft and juicy.
* Crab king sauce and abalone are paired with top-quality spring noodles, top-notch taste.
Packing:
* Each box with  200g/Net weight.
* Braised Abalone in Crab Paste Pouch (Abalone + Paste) 105g.
* Noodles 85g.
* Brewed Vinegar 10g.
Cooking Method:
* Boil appropriate amount of water. Add noodles into boiling water and cook for 6-8 minutes.
* Loosen the noodles with chopsticks, drained excess water and put aside.
* Put the braised abalone in crab paste pouch directly into boiling water and heat for 1-2 minutes. Open the pouch and pour onto the noodles, mix well and serve. Can ass vinegar to enhance the flavour.
