Ingredients :
* Wheat flour, Dried Flounder Fish, Coriander, Edible salt, Sugar, Flavor enhancer (621), Colour (142), Acidity regulators (500, 501).
Packing:
* Each bag  with 5pcs/Net weight 45G x 5pcs = 225G.
Cooking Direction:
*The noodle comes with its own essence. Simply place it in 400mL of boiling water and cook for 2 minutes until it loosens, then serve with the soup in a bowl immediately.
* Alternatively, place the noodle in a bowl, add 400ml of boiling water (enough to cover the noodles), then microwave at 800W for 3 minutes..
Warnings:
* Produced in a factory where egg products, peanut products and sesame products are also handled.
* Due to slight presence of alkaline water, the natural odor of the flour may smell like oily odor. This is normal and will disappear once cooked.

Storage Condition:

* 每袋5個麵/淨重45克 x 5 = 225克。
食用方法:
* 麵餅自帶精華，只要放入400mL的滾水烹調2分鐘至散開，連湯放入碗中，即可食用；或是將麵餅放入碗，注入400ml的滾水，水量大概蓋過麵身，然後放入微波爐，以800w叮3分鐘即可。
注意事項:
* 生產此食品的廠房亦處理蛋類製品、花生製品、芝蔴, 麩質製品。
* 由於鹼水成份輕微，如聞到類似油膩味實為麵粉天然香味，屬正常現象，煮熟後氣味即會消失。
