* Shrimp Roe Powder and a Dried Flounder Soup Pack are included in this set for you! The rich and sweet dried flounder soup base, combined with the noodles' superb texture, ensures every mouthful perfectly absorbs the essence of the soup, delivering the most traditional and authentic deliciousness.

Ingredients :

* Dried Wonton Noodle: Wheat Flour, Duck Egg, Salt, Color(102), Acidity Regulator (500, 501).

* Dried-flatfish Soup Pack: Water, Pork Bones, Dried Flatfish, Shrimp(crustacean), Monk Fruit.

Packing:

* Individual packing, Each box  with 1pc/Net weight 100G and Dried-flatfish Soup Pack.

Cooking Direction:

* Simply place the noodles in 400mL of boiling water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until it loosens, adjust the cooking time according to your preference.

* Alternatively, place the noodle in a bowl, add 400ml of boiling water (enough to cover the noodles), then microwave at 800W for 3 minutes.

* Pour the shrimp roe powder into the bowl and mix with 200ml boiling water,

* Pour the dried flounder fish soup into the bowl.

* Put the noodle into the soup and serve.

Warnings:

* Produced in a factory where egg products, peanut products and sesame products are also handled.

* Due to slight presence of alkaline water, the natural odor of the flour may smell like oily odor. This is normal and will disappear once cooked.

Storage Condition:

* Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.

成份:

* 高筋小麥粉、鴨蛋、鹽、色素(102)、酸度調節劑(500,501)。

* 大地魚湯包:水、豬骨、大地魚、蝦(甲殼類動物)、羅漢果。

包裝:

* 獨立包裝,每盒一個麵/淨重100克, 大地魚湯包一包。

食用方法:

* 將麵放入400ml的滾水烹調2至3分鐘至散開;或是將麵和400ml滾水倒入碗中,水量大概蓋過麵身,然後放入微波爐,以800w叮3分鐘。

* 將蝦籽放入碗中,加入200ml熱水並攪拌至溶化。

* 將大地魚湯倒進碗中。

* 將麵放入已混好的大地魚湯中,即可食用。

注意事項:

* 生產此食品的廠房亦處理蛋類製品、花生製品、芝蔴, 麩質製品。

* 由於鹼水成份輕微,如聞到類似油膩味實為麵粉天然香味,屬正常現象,煮熟後氣味即會消失。
