* One of our best-selling products, this pork bone soup noodle features a rich pork bone broth infused with aromatic pepper. It offers a subtly spicy yet non-greasy flavor, with an enticing aroma that stimulates the appetite. It also helps to dispel cold and warm the stomach.

Ingredients :

* Wheat flour, Pork Bone Broth, Egg, Pepper, Edible salt, Sugar, Flavor enhancer (621), Acidity regulators (500, 501).

Packing:

* Each bag  with 12pcs/Net weight 45G x 12pcs = 540G.

Cooking Direction:

*The noodle comes with its own essence. Simply place it in 400mL of boiling water and cook for 2 minutes until it loosens, then serve with the soup in a bowl immediately.

* Alternatively, place the noodle in a bowl, add 400ml of boiling water (enough to cover the noodles), then microwave at 800W for 3 minutes..

Warnings:

* Produced in a factory where egg products, peanut products and sesame products are also handled.

* Due to slight presence of alkaline water, the natural odor of the flour may smell like oily odor. This is normal and will disappear once cooked.

Storage Condition:

* Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.

成份:

* 高筋小麥粉、豬骨湯、雞蛋、胡椒、食用鹽、糖、增味劑 (621)、酸度調節劑(500, 501)。

包裝:

* 每袋12個麵/淨重45克 x 12 = 540克。

食用方法:

* 麵餅自帶精華,只要放入400mL的滾水烹調2分鐘至散開,連湯放入碗中,即可食用;或是將麵餅放入碗,注入400ml的滾水,水量大概蓋過麵身,然後放入微波爐,以800w叮3分鐘即可。

注意事項:

* 生產此食品的廠房亦處理蛋類製品、花生製品、芝蔴, 麩質製品。

* 由於鹼水成份輕微,如聞到類似油膩味實為麵粉天然香味,屬正常現象,煮熟後氣味即會消失。
