* Collaborated with LePont, renowned as the "Oscar of goose oil," this noodle features LePont’s premium goose oil, aromatic red shallots, and rich soy sauce.

* Our instant wonton noodles achieve 90% authenticity – springy, crispy, bouncy, yet free from alkaline taste, with enhanced aroma.

Ingredients :

* Dried Wonton Noodle: Wheat flour, Duck Egg, Salt, Colour (102), Acidity regulators (500, 501).

* Goose Oil & Dried Shallots: Shallot, Goose Oil, Salt, Vitamin E (Preservative).

* Soy Sauce: Water, Soy Beans, Wheat, Salt.

Packing:

* Individual packing, Each box  with 1pc/Net weight 80G, Mixed Goose Oil pack 1sachet.

Cooking Direction:

* Simply place the noodles in 400mL of boiling water and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until it loosens, adjust the cooking time according to your preference. Alternatively, place the noodle in a bowl, add 400ml of boiling water (enough to cover the noodles), then microwave at 800W for 3 minutes.

* Drain the noodle and put it on a plate.

* Mix the goose oil pack and soy sauce with the noodle, serve with the dried shallots.

Warnings:

* Produced in a factory where egg products, peanut products and sesame products are also handled.

* Due to slight presence of alkaline water, the natural odor of the flour may smell like oily odor. This is normal and will disappear once cooked.

Storage Condition:

* Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.

* 研發與改良的即食雲吞麵,還原度達九成,剩下的是由於我們剔除了鹼水味,保持爽、脆、彈的口感,再以神秘配方增添麵香,完美還原港式麵檔的風味。

成份:

* 乾雲吞麵:高筋小麥粉,鴨蛋、鹽、色素(102),酸度調節劑(500,501)。

* 黃金鵝油香蔥:紅蔥頭、鵝油、鹽、維生素E(防腐劑)。

* 特製醬油:水、黃豆、小麥、鹽。

包裝:

* 獨立包裝,每盒一個麵/淨重80克, 醬油一包。

食用方法:

* 將麵放入400ml的滾水烹調3至4分鐘至散開;或是將麵和400ml滾水倒入碗中,水量大概蓋過麵身,然後放入微波爐,以800w叮3分鐘。

* 把熱水倒掉,把麵放進碟中。

* 把鵝油、醬油和香蔥調料倒在麵上,拌勻即可食用。

注意事項:

* 生產此食品的廠房亦處理蛋類製品、花生製品、芝蔴, 麩質製品。

* 由於鹼水成份輕微,如聞到類似油膩味實為麵粉天然香味,屬正常現象,煮熟後氣味即會消失。
